Sizing is according to chest/underbust circumference as well as shoulder strap length. Sizing info is as follows: - X-Small fits 26"-30" around, and the shoulder strap fits from 22"-26". - Small fits 30"-34" around, and the shoulder strap fits from 24"-28". - Medium fits 34"-38" around, and the shoulder strap fits from 26"-30". - Large fits 38"-42" around, and the shoulder strap fits from 28"-32". - x-Large fits 42"-46" around, and the shoulder strap fits from 30"-34".
